Customer service was genuinely warm. While the location offers easy access to local shopping, the room had a significant odor and the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. It felt unsettling with the lack of breakfast options available.

Sincerely, it was a very enjoyable stay for a vacation. The room was tidy, with clean shower, a comfortable bed plus incomplete housekeeping-fresh sheets, slept really well.

Room was updated since my last stay.
TV did not work. When I called the front desk, they said they would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came. The next evening, I went down to the front desk to find out what was going on. The guy who was there got an attitude when I told him I followed their directions but the TV still was not working. He finally came up to the room and after realizing the TV was indeed messed up, no apology or anything. Not to mention I was in a nonsmoking room that the gentleman smoked in while fixing the TV!

Unexpectedly cozy stay in Barnwell
The staff was really accommodating, especially Rick, who helped us with all our queries. The beds felt fresh and comfortable.
The bathroom could use some updating, and we noticed the coffee machine was neglected. The breakfast offerings were disappointing as well.

Water facuat was rusted. Room had bad odor. Stains on sheets and walls. Very poor condition for $69.99 a night. Staff was push on cleaning early Saturday morning. And check out staff was no help on smell of room. Will not stay at this motel again.

Yo, the staff here were real nice, always ready to help me when I needed somethin'. The room was clean and fresh-smelling, a relief. But lemme tell ya, that pool was tiny and barely even worth it. A little more effort in the common areas would've gone a long way.

When we voiced a concern, we were immediately heard, and a different and spotless room was provided. Adjustments were made to our bill to reflect the inconvenience.
The first room we were given had incomplete housekeeping - fresh sheets and clean shower, but not vacuumed and sink/toilet not cleaned.

A Superb housekeeping, comfortable beds, clean room
A Cramped bathroom, inconsistent towel service, pool access issues

The kids had a blast visiting the Sweetwater Country Club, where they could practice their swing on the golf course. The room had a decent layout, easy for my two boys to spread out and play while we relaxed.
My wife says that the pool could use some upgrades.

Wi-Fi was reliable and free parking was a big plus. The pool felt way too small.

missingWrote a review on 25 Juncomfortable beddecent roomunpleasant odorbroken toilet seatlimited breakfast
The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly decent for the price. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. There was also a broken toilet seat that added to the discomfort. Breakfast options were limited, and the small pool didn't quite meet expectations.
